During our New Year's trip, we stayed in a nice hotel with clean accommodations and friendly staff. We enjoyed the helpful cleaning staff who kept our room tidy and the front desk staff who answered all our questions with a smile. The hotel offered a buffet breakfast which was adequate, and we were happy to find laundry facilities in the hallway that were free to use. We also appreciated the convenient sofa/rest area that had better WiFi connection on our floor. The hotel also provided us with a great view from the elevator ride.
The biggest drawback was the hotel's location, which was quite far from downtown Taipei. To get to the train station, it was at least a 15-minute walk, and the train ride to Taipei could take up to 45 minutes.

We had a great stay at a hotel in this city, with some of the best aspects being the cleanliness of the room, the attentive and polite staff, the comfortable beds, and the convenient transportation options. Although the hotel is not close to the train station, there are buses and taxis readily available, so getting around is not an issue.

Convenient transportation, friendly staff. I stayed at a hotel in Taoyuan during the new year, and despite some downsides, there were some aspects that I liked. the hotel was easily accessible as the bus stop was right in front of the hotel. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, they provided us with recommendations and information about the city which was useful. Lastly, the hotel had a good variety of breakfast food options which we enjoyed.
Needs updating, not enough amenities. I was disappointed with the hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff, huge comfortable rooms, perfect distance from the airport, excellent daytime service, good location with plenty of food options nearby.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

This budget hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, with taxis readily available for exploring. the staff provides helpful and patient service and the rooms offer comfortable beds and minimalist, modern decor.
The breakfast options may not suit all tastes.
